Three-Day Terengganu Arts Immersion
A multi-day arts-focused retreat combining batik making with other traditional Terengganu crafts. The itinerary includes two batik sessions (cotton and silk techniques), a songket weaving demonstration, a kite-making (wau bulan) workshop, visits to the Islamic Heritage Park and state museum, and a coastal village tour.

Seven-Day East Coast Creative Retreat

What skill level is required for the batik workshops?
No prior experience is needed. Our master artisans guide participants of all skill levels through each step of the batik-making process. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some artistic background, you'll receive personalized attention to help you create a beautiful piece.
What should I bring to the retreat?
We provide all materials and tools needed for the batik workshops. You may want to bring comfortable clothing suitable for creative work, sunscreen, a hat for outdoor excursions, and a camera to capture your experience. For multi-day retreats, pack casual clothing appropriate for Malaysia's tropical climate.
Are meals included in the retreat packages?
Yes, all retreat packages include meals featuring authentic Terengganu cuisine. The one-day workshop includes lunch, while multi-day retreats include all meals from breakfast through dinner. We can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons (December to February). For groups of four or more, please contact us at least one month ahead to arrange appropriate scheduling and accommodations.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the retreat start date receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 7 days cannot be refunded, though we can help reschedule to a future date subject to availability.
Is transportation to Terengganu included?
Transportation to Kuala Terengganu is not included, but we're happy to provide guidance on travel options. Once you arrive, all local transportation within Terengganu and to nearby locations is included in the multi-day retreat packages. For the one-day workshop, you'll need to arrange transport to our studio.
